Villa Xisos is a large detached house (95 square metres excluding terraces) inside 5.25 acres of land. It is located in the upmarket area of Xisos, on the road that leads to the Roukouniotis Monastery and Toli beach.

Surrounded by hills and farmland, Xisos is an exclusive, beautiful and peaceful location in the heart of the Symi countryside and only a 10-15 minutes drive (6 kilometres) from the harbour in Yialos, and the Upper Town (Horio).

The rental of the villa is inclusive of:

Free car rental for the duration of your stay. If you don't want to drive, a chauffeur will take you to and from your villa at any time.

Bathroom with triangular bathtub.

Three terraces: one downstairs leading to the laundry room, one off the main bedroom and a rooftop terrace, 25 square metres each.

Air-conditioning is installed throughout the house though it is not often necessary; because of its location the house is very cool even in high summer.
